PRICE
All services are by appointment only and billed at an hourly rate of $70. + materials used.
NEW BOOKING
$70 hourly
- All new clients will be subject to a cash deposit of $70 or more depending on service being booked.
- Deposit are non-refundable and will carry over for 1 rescheduled appointment with reasonable notice (24-48 hours) depending on service.
- Failure to arrive or give reasonable notice will result in loss of deposit.
- All clients are expected to arrive on time with clean dry hair.

NeatKnotz is located in my personal residence and for that very reason I do not give address on this page. All new clients are given proper address @ bookings.
Cancelation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
In addition all clients will be required to pay a booking deposit affective immediately, of $70. or more, depending on service the being booked.
Cancelation Policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services or $70, whichever is more.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I can provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or the full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.
I realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, I require at least 2 hours’ notice.
No Show Policy:
If you are a new client to NeatKnotz, and you miss your first appointment, I will no longer be able to service you.
Existing Clients:
1st No Show - The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services or $70, whichever is more.
2nd NO Show - The guest may be at risk of being politely dismissed as A client.
